"The property is not as advertised. They claim you can book airport transfer, but never confirm it, so when you arrive there is nobody waiting for you. After I called to ask about airport transfer, I was told in broken English to take a taxi "it's cheap" from the airport. The rest of the check-in was chaotic. The sidewalk was under construction, the driver could not drop us in front of the property, had to drag luggage through the construction area and it's mud. Nobody greets you in the lobby, when you call they hung up on you. A security guard insists you write down your phone number and name with a broken pen before he will send you to the 7th floor where "reception" awaits. The room once we are given keys is nothing like advertised on expedia.the photos were for aodern apartment, this is an old unit in disrepair. It needs serious work (broken amenities, windows hardly seal close, which is an issue with the constant party noise from the neighborhood). Fortunately it was clean, and since we were booked only two nights we stayed, but this is a deceptive listing and Expedia should take it down. Also, no convenience store nearby, so be prepared to walk around in the mess, looking to buy essentials for breakfast, etc. "

"I love this service apartment because it is close to the markets and the Bui walking strip. It could use a few more mirrors other than the one in the bathroom. We stayed at many places before ranging from 1 to 5 stars hotel but this serviced apartment is overall the best balance between price, convenience, comfort, and location. Its the home away from home. We liked it so much we booked again the following week. "

"This was the worst booking experience I've had. Near fraud. I booked a luxury 3-bdrm apt with a view, saw photos of a beautiful, lavish, well-furnished, luxurious room with a huge TV, natural sunlight, plants and a balcony. I was informed the 3-bdrm wasn't available and the booking was changed to a 1-bdrm, with 3 beds. I assumed I'd only be charged for a 1-bdrm. I was never given the option to cancel for a refund, even though room specs changed several times. At check-in, I got the key from an envelope at the front desk. Opened the door to a small 1-bdrm, with 1 bed, no outside view, and frosted windows that open into the core of the building. The room didn't match the photos or details on the site. It's more of a serviced apt, not a full-service hotel. 1+ floors of an office building, converted to apts. I contacted the hotel and booking site to express my dissatisfaction. I asked to change to a different room, hotel, or a refund. No remedies were offered. They already had my money. I was stuck there for several weeks. The hotel refused to refund the price difference between the 3-bdrm that I paid for, and the 1-bdrm they put me in. They told me that because they informed me in advance that the 3-bdrm wasn't available, and I agreed to stay in a 1-bdrm, they wouldn't refund any money. To add further injury, I had to pay for a second room at a different hotel, since there weren't enough beds. The room was noisy, not clean, no daily maid service and terribly slow WiFi."

"Reasonably priced. Very clean air conditioned rooms. Balcony has beautiful view of the city. Close to the markets and shops. Would stay here again next time. "

"施設の位置はたぶん良い場所なのだと思うが、祭りをやっていたのか深夜3時ごろまでうるさかった。ホテルではないので多くを求めたらダメだと思うがベッドが固く、部屋には小さな虫がいた。 写真ではシャワールームが２つあると思っていたが一つ。ゴミ箱も一つしかなかった。 ビルの7階からが施設になっているがフロントには常に人がおらず英語も話せず電話もできず困った。 帰りにわかったことが、7階にオーナーが住んでいて部屋にいたそう。 空港までのタクシーをお願いしてお金をオーナーに渡したがタクシーで請求されないか心配したが無事に送ってもらえ追加の請求もなかったので良かった。 あと、チェックアウト後の荷物も預かって貰えたし帰り着替えもさせてもらえた。"
