"Lovely welcoming staff. We stayed in a one bedroom terrace tree villa. Highly recommend the room. Good free daily shuttle service into Ubud centre. Monkeys are highly entertaining- just keep your distance:)"

"We had a fabulous time in Alila! Our villa on the Ashe of the valley was super. The food was super and the service too. We enjoined the movie by the pool and the afternoon service making our room ready for the night was really great. You do know you are in the jungle as we had a gekko as a house huist. We only saw him once but every night we could hear him. The WiFi and airconditioning was good. The only thing would be that there was only one free outlet to charge our devices in the main cabin."

"We absolutely loved our stay surrounded in the middle of nature with monkeys on the premises. The breakfast was delicious, the staff always eager to help you and we were upgraded without a problem. "

"We really enjoyed our stay. They staff was super friendly and helpful. Our airline didn’t get our luggage on our last flight, so we didn’t have our checked bags. The staff at Alila worked hard to help us get updates on our luggage even though it wasn’t their fault. They offer several different activities. They have live music some nights at the resort. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay!"

"The hotel is in the middle of a jungle and beautiful nature. We loved our stay , our room was clean and no bugs . If you want to relax, catch up in reading, yoga then you are in the right place. The food was delicious!"

"The resort and staff were excellent, however the rooms are very tired. Our room was so damp we had to ask tor a dehumidifier to try and reduce the dampness. Beautiful location but let down by the quality of the rooms. "
