"This place is just incredible! 😍 Location is excellent so close to everything, the street train, shops, lots of food options around! The rooms are very clean, loved it! But my partner and I what we love the most was the people that works there WOW! Mia was soooo helpful, Mia gave us ideas of things we could do in Hanoi, help us to book tours, trains, she was friendly, happy and funny! We loved her😍 and the other people that works there absolutely amazing, happy and ready to help! We are really grateful and very lucky we found them as our first hotel in Vietnam.
