"The service team are professional, respectful and helpful. They care about your experience at any time during your stay. They provide service detailedly. The service team is well trained and they really understand how important to make guests get good experience. Actually what they did has exceeded my expectations.It is the first time that I feel so hard to say goodbye. This is the first time I stay in Anantara and they has made me a loyal customer already. I travelled alone this time.I really look forward to coming back soon with my families in the near future . I miss my old friends in this hotel."

"We loved this hotel. The place is beautiful and the staff was always there to help. We had free Tuk Tuk service into town so we did not mind that the hotel was not walking distance to town. Breakfast was great and we would stay here again."

"Beware the management here is greedy and likes to rip off tourists. Everything from airport pickup to tours can be up to 5 times what you would pay somewhere else. The facilities do not match the prices. A better value could be found elsewhere. I did not feel relaxed and cared for here instead I felt like I was surrounded by vultures trying to make money off me."

"Beautiful small resort that is quiet and classy. The staff is the best feature, proximity to the airport, sites and downtown are also worthy to mention. All the recommendations from staff were spot on, our private tour of Angkor Wat arranged by the hotel was expensive, but well worth it for this being our first visit. We mentioned at breakfast that this trip was sort of an anniversary present to both of us and that night we came back to find a cake and bottle of champagne waiting for us in the room. The only negative was the description in Expedia mentioned memory foam mattresses, and this was not available. They tried to correct by immediately installing a mattress topper. Just an example of the prompt attention by the staff. Another feature I liked was the cell phone they gave us with all contact details for the hotel installed to use for our stay. Will definitely come back."
