"The hotel was good and the room was comfortable. My main issue was related to the breakfast. I booked the hotel with breakfast and when I arrived, I was informed that it starts at 8:30 am. This was too late for me, since I needed to leave the hotel every morning at 7:30. They offered me vouchers for a cafe, that would only open at 8am. However, I just found that on the morning. I tried to complain with the front desk, but the person responsible was never there. At the end, I had to pay for breakfast out of my pocket and now I am trying to have a reimbursement of the amount that I payed to include it on my reservation. "
