"The place was great overall. The apartment i was in did not have a working washing machine which would have helped since my luggage was lost on the plane. Also the bed was not very comfortable. Overall if the beds would be more comfortable i would 100 percent stay here again. Right now i am only at 85 percent. Location could not have been better."

Zero help with a late check out after checking in late at night (no full just wanted me to rent another day so I could cook lunch at the rental.. the whole reason for renting there) NOPE... out at 12 noon then asked if i could use the second floor to eat my food I cooked early.. NOPE you can go to the park outside they told me. Horrible. At noon, they treated me like a guy off the street and not a renter. "

No phone. Room wasn’t properly clean. I had reservations for 2 ppl. When checking inn they telling you if you not provide the persons name no one can come in later. What ??? Area very unsafe all day long. Specifically at night. I was so happy to leave that place. And oh yea. Never go back there. "

"The apartment is VERY clean and surprisingly modern in a place surrounded by the old and dirty city. The communication was difficult because I don't speak Spanish and they did not speak English. Organizing a shuttle to pick me up was a bit difficult and I was unable to do that until the day I arrived at airport, which added stress. But, the driver was very prompt when picking me up to take me back to airport. The apartment had a coffee pot but no coffee. You must bring all coffee, cooking oil, etc. And only one small bath towel and a small hand towel. The bed, sheets, pillows and warm blanket were excellent. "
