"Service is impeccable, check in and out were seamless. Breakfast is wholesome with great variation to fuel the day. Hotel is strategically located, short walk to Lotte Mall and there's a mart opposite. Like the design where air con is individually set up in every room. Will return again. "

"Staff is helpful and friendly. The location is quite convenient, which is located 15 min walk from the MRT station. Depends on where you stay, but some rooms are disturbed by sounds from the nearby musk. "

"Comfortable suite, clean. Little kitchen should be better equipped, but microwave worked well. Also fridge, water kettle. Bed and bath linen clean, no stains or hairs. Great breakfast buffet, mostly asian cuisine, but with bread rolls and toast, fruit."

"The room was fairy spacious, with big TV & internet (BizzNet),fridge, kettle, good work desk, Bed/bath linen was clean (no stains, hairs, etc.). Room clean & serviced daily. Swimming pool is small. Gym fair, but 2 out of 5 devices need repair; well-airconditioned.Plenty of food stalls & restaurants around (Pizza Krust Kuningan is excellent, 2 min. walk). Small convenience store across street.Only con: the prayer house nearby ..."
