"Very nicely decorated, soft sheets, very good breakfast, very centric location. The staff were very friendly, courteous and helpful, including the bed breakfast staff. And Carmen at the front desk was great! She gave us great recommendations! Freshly squeezed OJ! Good variety of food items. The bed was very comfortable, amazing views from the deck. The spa was fantastic too and it was included. We had daily beverages in our bedroom and snacks and it was included too. We would definitely stay there again. And needless to say, Zermatt was just amazing!"
