"We stayed on the 12th floor in a suite. The manager took over a room next to ours where he smoked hookah with the door open, he and his crew made lots of noise and regularly set off the fire alarm. I asked them to quiet down, but they were offended by the request and got even louder. The manager should party someplace else, he is a real jerk."

"Room 604 was very cold when I checked in around 5 PM. AC was at full blast with the temperature set at 14C which I set to 24C. Though I switched off the AC, the temperature did not increase even after more than 4 hours The technician came at 1 AM when I complained and could not fix the problem. He said since the AC was switched off the temperature would gradually increase. In fact, the room was still at 14C when I returned from meetings at 2 PM & checked out! "
