"The washer and dryer did NOT work. The coffee machine left clumps in the coffee. The shower water was alittle salty but this is understandable considering it’s so close to the beach. But the staff was super friendly and welcoming. And the AC works REALLY well for it being so humid in the area. "

"This was a beautiful place that was a great retreat! Enjoyed the private pool! Cabs to the beach were way overpriced for a short drive but Tulum is overpriced. "
