The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The staff were incredibly friendly, always offering support whenever needed. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of delicious options to start the day. The view of the Bosphorus from the terrace was absolutely lovely, adding an extra touch of magic to the experience. "Absolutely the best hotel. Their hotel is beautiful, the service is outstanding, and they go over and beyond to make every guest feel welcomed and special. Some of the people who really went over and beyond for us were Almira, Murat, Ogus, and Malik. That’s just to name a few but honestly everyone at the hotel from the guys in parking, to security, to manager, check in staff, concierge service, spa, breakfast were outstanding. The location is perfect very close to Taksim and the metro. You also have so many bus transits near. I come up Istanbul every years and have stayed at most of the top hotels I can honestly say for the last few years this hotel is where I always stay and for a good length of time. I look forward to visiting Istanbul and staying at CVK!!"
