"Beds were hard, but clean. No bugs. Walked around in socks and they stayed white. Only bad was breakfast. Had packets of oatmeal, yoghurt, 2 different cereals, milk, coffee and juice."

"When I'm checking the boxes for a amenities and I check hot tub and hot breakfast and indoor pool I don't expect to get to the hotel and not have a hot tub see a s***** outdoor pool and very little for breakfast. Every time I say I'm not going to use hotels.com and I do anyway and I swear this is the last"
