"Our stay at this hotel was a very disappointing experience that ruined our family vacation. The hotel staff showed a complete lack of respect for guest privacy—a staff member entered our room without knocking or providing any notice while we were inside. When confronted, they falsely claimed they had knocked. Additionally, the room was not cleaned to the standard expected of a 5-star hotel. We also had no internet access for 24 hours, and the hotel's explanation was inadequate. Having stayed in many 5-star hotels in Turkey and abroad, I can confidently say this hotel does not meet those standards."
