"We’ve been staying at El Cozumeleno for 20 years. We like the small all inclusive vibe. There is a great snorkeling area directly in front of the hotel. Pepe Scuba picks us up right at the pier. The food is always good. Most importantly, the staff treats us like family. They’re very kind, attentive people. The rooms need some updating but for us it’s a very convenient location. "

"The staff is absolutely amazing. For an AI resort the food was better than other resorts plus there's 5 restaurants off the resort to go eat at within 600 ft if you like. I do think they should have room service available to all floors as it does not state that on the website when booking. Also get mini fridges in all rooms please."

From fredrico at the door and Martha at the desk to Cezar in Activities and waiters and bar tenders Santiago,luis German randy,.mateo,Aaron and many more they know us by name and treat us like Family.
