"This is the first hotel in my life that I can’t checkout before 7AM. I had a colleague catching an earlier flight that he left at about 5 AM. He was not able to pay,which I had to pay for him after 7 AM. What if he was traveling alone without me. Catching early flight is not unusual for business travelers and their weird policy is definitely not friendly."
