"The hotel had a music festival going while I was there and was super noisy, tons of late night partiers making it impossible to sleep. It is an old hotel that has not been refurbished in a meaningful way. No sound-proofing......avoid if you can"

"Highly recommended. I was in Gressoney La Trinite to ski and the Ellex is centrally located, a few minutes walk to the lifts. My room was spacious and comfortable, with a great view down the valley. The hotel provides a healthy European breakfast with locally sourced ingredients, and a wellness center with sauna and hot tub to relax at the end of the day. Service is warm and friendly."
