I showed up too early for me reservation and they went out the way to get me in my room at that time and not have to wait. "Nice stay in Eterna. It was a beautiful hotel but the location is a bit far from the centro and the only issue is that the street has no lamp posts so it gets really dark at night going back. We stayed at their deluxe room (ground floor) and it was really pleasant, however, the pressure from the shower is a bit weak. The room is spacious and has a small kitchenette which is a plus. Overall, our stay was good. Their staff are amazing and helpful, esp in giving reco. They also have a water station so you can refill your tumblers before heading out. "
