"Whilst the property is aesthetically pleasing it is otherwise lacking the details and service of a 5* hotel. Rollaway bed not ready when we checked in, we had to carry our heavy bags upstairs ourselves in our duplex room, TV not working, loud construction noises all morning and worst omelette and cappuccino. Minibar and services extortionately priced compared to the Four Seasons Buenos Aires. We won’t be staying here again. "
