"1-The room was very dirty 2-The smell of the bathroom is very unpleasant 3-The towels are torn and old 4- In order to get extra cover because of the cold I had to get into a sterile argument with the employee 5- In order to get a cup or a dish had to wait more than ten minutes to be washed and returned Because Shortage of cups and plates (in the course of 7 days of stay) "
"Good city hotel. Pool is not operational until 12. Prefer to spend time at the pool early morning. went to visit. all was closed. Not sure whether its even operational. Crappy breakfast. But by not eating at the hotel in the morning it help us discover some amazing restaurants in Istanbul. Love Turkey. Planning next trip soon."
