"Reception wouldn’t leave are luggage at the reception for a little bit and didn’t bring it up to are rooms either. also beds were very small and ac didn’t work to well "

Staff are professionals and friendly, check in was easy with Emre, and the manager Burcu was amazing and she was making sure the guests are satisfied and happy with their stay at the hotel. I recommended this hotel if you are traveling for business or with your family "

"The turkish bath and massage was excellent. The girls and Ashish delivered their promise as we were told. The "private" tour that was scheduled for us on the 2nd day was not at all a tour. Therefore, We demanded our money back and after so many arguments with different members. we got it. The breakfast was excellent service and food. For the price the hotel is ok where we stayed. Thanks"

"Property condition and facilities are poor"

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. However, room service needs improvent with how the food is delivered. The food should be covered in order to keep it hot. Otherwise the food was prepared well. The walls are very thin i could hear guest's conversations in the next room which kept me awake until after 2 a.m. Otherwise nice property and conveniently located to where i needed to be."

"I absolutely will be back, I enjoy my stay, the staff were extremely helpful. The only thing the I’m not used to is not ice machines…(I think that’s an American thing). But it was perfect. Do yourself a favor and stay here, the view is gorgeous as well. And room service, top notch!! "

"Was my 1st stay in Istanbul having breakfast on the top floor good idea if the have windows clean so we can see the views Front desk staff smoking behind the door not bothering to come out to talk to me You can’t see the smoking you can smell it did give me very good impression sticking his head out and mumbling very sad 😞 "
