"Grand Mercure was a super star in its heyday. Its still a good hotel where the back building is converted to long term residences. The rooms are large with full kitchen, sitting / living room and separate bed room. It is still a solid hotel but the dark wood is showing some wear and 20 mos of CoVid lockdowns are hitting the room rates. The in-room washing machines are very helpful! Shower needs more water pressure. "
