"There are two issue I'd like to address:1) The hotel didn't allow us to check in. I double confirmed with Hotels.com over the phone before I leave US. However, the connection between Hotels.com and Taishan Hotel looks not that good. The hotel staffs insisted that we didn't make the reservation even though I showed my confirmation email (from Hotels.com). After discussing over 30 minutes, Taishan Hotel finally let us check in but charged me for the first night (I already paid in full on Hotels.com. Taishan hotel confirmed to refund me once they get Hotels.com's confirmation). 2) I booked an executive room for 5 nights, but I actually stayed in a regular room. Who needs to refund me the gap? My secretary contacted Hotels.com but no any updates so far."
