"It was a great place! I really enjoyed my stay. If there was something that I would change would be the temperature on the rooms. I found it t me a bit on the cooler side. I had a massage from Viktoria at the spa which was amazing "

"The hotel is beautifully decorated, and the room was spacious. However, we were given a room overlooking the back of house, with tens of gas cylinders in sight, noisy staff on their break and a lot of loud noise coming from moving gas cylinders. Our jacuzzi in the room was leaking water and needed maintenance the minute we started using it. On a good note, maintenance guys were quick to fix and polite in their manners. The spa is nice, however there were some facilities which were out of order for the duration of our stay. "

"Service was poor always had to phone several times for tea,milk,water, reception seem not to care about customers and take time to respond,disappointment with the service.Also gave us one card to open room was inconvenient for us, all other hotels where we travel always give 2 cards. "

"We had an amazing stay at this hotel and were very satisfied. The location is perfect: right next to a lively party town with a great atmosphere every evening. Despite the buzz, we didn’t have any issues with noise at night. The hotel is also right next to a small beach, which was ideal for relaxing. We were two women traveling together, and we felt very safe both in the hotel and the surrounding area. There are several bars, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, and the shops stay open late into the evening, making the area feel vibrant and alive. The hotel itself was luxurious—very clean, with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were well-equipped, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, including the hammam, steam room, and heated indoor pool, which was a fantastic bonus. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend this hotel!"

"Way too noisy … had to wait till after the normal 4pm checkin time after a 24 hour journey to access our room but when asking for an extension when we were due to depart, the answer was a flat out NO! Have stayed here previously but won’t be staying here again! "

"H Hotel: Positives? Location, clean room & shower. Negatives? Terrible (sometimes rude) customer service. Wifi didn't work (unless you were by the pool on the roof). The AC failed on our last night. Suggestion? Don't book this hotel (unless you're into nightclubbing nearby) "

"The hotel was BEAUTIFUL! very busy town and everything is near by the staff were lovely and the decor the staff done for my boyfriend was lovely with the rose petals and balloons and fruit platter. "
