"Halo Hotel is in a good location close to Ben Thanh market and the walking street. Our room was on the seventh floor on the street side and was quite loud and bright all night even with the curtains closed. The linens were stained and there was a lot of dusk on the lamps. However, the AC worked well and the shower had hot water. "
