"The facility was very nice. I was told that the pool would be available for use and the Jacuzzi. The pool was not accessible for my family and the Jacuzzi was okay. The water was okay but not hot enough. No jet streaming/ lukewarm. The front desk told us beforehand that everything would be available for use. Hampton Inn is a very nice place to visit but didn't get what we expected."
