"Property is right next to the old quarter so lots going on around the area and close some great food and drink options. Staff were amazing and always very helpful. Property was clean. Only negatives were that, our room had a window next to what was a kind of chimney thing which was a little bit noisy in the morning when breakfast was being prepared. "

"Great stay here in October 2024, the staff arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport which was very helpful, Penny on reception was very helpful and gave us information about the surrounding area and how to get fo certain places! The room was spotless, huge bed and everything we could want. We were at the front of the property and despite being able to hear the horns of vehicles and a lady speaking through a loudspeaker early in the morning, it didn't spoil our stay. Breakfast was good, always had something on to suit most tastes. Location is ideal, we were able to walk to the night markets, Bia street, and Train Street, tuk tuks and taxis are very frequent outside the hotel if needed. Overall a very nice hotel and perfect for our few nights here before moving on! "

"Rooms were very clean, breakfast good and the location was only 2 small steps away from the Oldtown. The Staff (Annie) was very friendly and helpfull. My wife forgot her iphone in the Lobby but gladly Annie found and returned it. Highly recommended. Will return when we are back in Hanoi."
