"I would like to send a complaint on this property. I was unable to get internet access. Reception service was terrible. They don’t pick up the phone. This is not normal to pick up the phone at this hotel. I was calling for ONE HOUR (60 minutes) to get some ice. I had more 30 minutes to get an iron. No one speaks English. The staff is terrible. I highly I recommend such property. No one ever apologized for such poor reception."

"Water temperature and pressure very good. Shower drain has issues, design in making it. Keep close a broken plastic stirring stick to lift drain cover if not working correctly. Housekeeping and maintenance cannot fix this. We had same problem in our home, water not draining fast. Very happy with all of staff."
