"The hotel is under renovation, which has caused confusion, mixed information, and chaos. Tsira in the customer department was excellent. Without her work, this would have been a very unpleasant experience. "

"The Hotel is under much needed refurbishment and in my experience as a Hotel owner the property should be either closed while undergoing these types of refurbishment or at least clearly stated that the property is undergoing a major upgrade and offered for stay at a major discount due to the inconvenience, noise etc. The Concierge service is also below standard with their restaurant recommendations. "
