"Restaurant and bar staff are amazing. Very friendly and accommodating shuttle service. Some, not all front desk staff unhelpful and rude. Zero housekeeping even when requested. Had to grab towels from the pool area because they never serviced our room once in 4 days, and front desk lady said she had no “access” to towels and wash cloths when we asked. Not the Holiday Inn I know."
