"Well what I have seen in pictures room wasn’t like that, room condition not good need massive upgrading, no kitchen equipment, floor clean but due to their age look no clean, lift was not working through out my stay one lift was out of order and one was working and took ages to go up and down. Wall sockets are unsafe Breakfast was good"

"The hotel consists of one or two bedroom apartments in central Jakarta. The apartment was serviced daily and the staff very friendly. However there was no cooking utensils at all, just 2 glasses,2 plates, and bowls , and 2 sets of fork and spoons. There is no dishwashing liquid or tea towels. Quite ridiculous seeing as there is a full gas hot plate The towels and sheets were great but a bit of mould in the shower. Fully air conditioned and a balcony too. It just needs a bit of maintenance but the staff are all very nice. Restaurant and spa downstairs "

"Very run down. Could be high quality and originally designed as such. But no maintenance or upgrading in decades since Horizon took it over from Aston and its all falling apart. Friendly helpful staff but room condition, facilities, restaurant a/c and lifts etc etc very poor . But fairly cheap spacious and close to centre of town. "

"Terrible experience. Only 1 lift working waited lift to come for very long and up to take stair case The inside the room does not working at all and we have to move 3 rooms in 1 day "
