"I gave this place an above average rating because of its prime location, with balconies facing the beach and sunrise. Also, The front desk and service people were very helpful whenever we asked for help (but asking was definitely necessary). The cost was much less than other beachfront hotels, which is why we chose this place—as a value option. So it gets 4 out of 5 stars for its overall value given its location."

"The location of this hotel can't be beat! There is direct access to the beach and it is in the heart of Play del Carmen. However, the hotel is definitely older and it shows. It was not in the best condition, but all the employees were welcoming and accommodating. "

"It was so bad we didnt even stay one night. The absolute worst hotel i have ever booked. Some how, i really feel I deserve some money back "

"Nothing like the pictures online. There was a lot things wrong with the room but the worst was the bed. The bed sheet was big enough to cover the whole mattress and that’s what show the bad condition of the mattress we were suppose to rest during our 5 day trip. We couldn’t sleep the only night we end up staying here, that we end up going to different hotel for the remaining of our trip."
