"The location is good, but Wifi doesn't work well, none of the windows are sound proof, impossible to sleep at night, there is a restaurant at the first floor with live music and few meters away there is a night club, so if you want a chill place to sleep, I don't recommend it."

"The hotel was delightful note that its stairs only. Also it’s located right in the action for entertainment and shopping so noice level in evenings are high. But l was on rooftop very cozy. Air conditioner was perfect. Plug outlets were what l needed for Canada. I highly recommend if you don’t mind the noise."

"Giving this high marks not because it's an amazing luxury resort, but for the price and what it is - excellent place to stay in Play del Carmen. Notes - it's right in the heart of the main strip so it is loud with club/bar noise at night, no two ways about it. But for the price and location you can't beat it. central and walkable to everything, easy walk to beach and all that 5th AVE has to offer. It's clean and felt safe, but is no frills. Looking for a low-cost trip to Play Del Carmen then this is it. Don't expect luxury, but for the price - it was great."

"This definitely is not the Hotel's fault. But fair warning before booking: There is a bar downstairs that may or may not have a live band. So unless you are a part animal and stay up until they leave at 1 a.m. I would not recommend. "
