"We had a great time in this hotel. The staff in the reception is very nice and accommodating, breakfast selections are all good. The best part is the view of the Matterhorn in the balcony of our room and in the dining area. Overall, we had a great stay."

The room that we had was perfection. It was exactly what I imagined for a vacation in Switzerland. The staff was kind and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again. "

"Zermatt has traffic down here and there in Jun. due to flood, there’s still some impact there, like the nearest bus stops. But staff there is very friendly and helpful, we could have convenient stay. The hotel is small, everything is well equipped. And The view and atmosphere are very nice."
