"I am surprised that hotels.com said it's a 4 star hotel, I would say it a 1 star. Very very different then what you see in the pictures. Very dirty, there was a bug in my bed, tv and ac wasn't working properly. Even though my booking was all paid for in advance, they tried to charge me again. SIMPLE is AVOID this hotel if you can"

"I stayed 3 nights by booking 3family rooms. Rooms need to be cleaned and updated. My son was bitten by mosquitoes inside the room at night and got infected and had to hospital. Staff were friendly. Overall not the same it looked while booking online. Deceivingly appeared different while I was at the property. "

"Hotel check in was at 11 am but room wasn’t made ready until 1.10 pm and had to wait in the lobby like other guests. Very old building. Description mentions about reno but feels like it is just new wall paper only. Room door was made of thin aluminum- pretty cheap and chairs in the room have black stains and dirt all over. Bathroom is mediocre and faucet tap wasn’t working. I decided to leave to another hotel within hours even though I had paid for the night. Hard to find location. I won’t stay here again. "
