"Right on the beach, great service upon check in and out. The bar was "closed?" at 5:30pm. Great AC and mostly private patio, cute trails and beautiful beach. Clean and comfortable room, no tv but didn't miss it. French toast was incredible for breakfast. Lots of available beds on the beach area. Cool water available from the front if you run out. "

"The property is beautiful and felt like you were in the jungle. The beach was absolutely gorgeous. The hotel was quiet and did not have rowdy patrons. Front desk service was excellent and addressed any concerns quickly. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing, low key vacation. Areas of improvement include more attentive restaurant service, stronger alcoholic beverages, water/hot water consistency, drinking water stations could be placed throughout the property, and more accurate advertising of property amenities. There were areas of the property included in the resort map and website that were not open/accessible (market, beach club, Cleo, lancava, kids club, Berna)."
