"It was a really great stay the only real problem we had was we had stated a non-smoking room before check in and were still placed in a smoking room so there was a bit of a stale smoke smell but nothing we couldnt get past. "
"I love the hotel very big rooms compare to Japan standards, it is far from the city and all the main districts, but the train its a few minutes, and takes you everywhere, love all the free amenities and the Onsen. If I come back to Japan, this will be my hotel to come"

"Enjoyed a great stay at this hotel, comfy beds and linens, clean spaces. Provided pajamas and slippers for the on-site onsen which we used each night! It was busy at times but most people were quick in and out of onsen. Central location, although in the heart of the red light district, still felt safe and very easily walkable to all surrounding areas for food, shopping, and sight seeing. The check in and out process was easy and the skin care set was a lovely touch! Thank you, we would stay here again. "
