"Loved this place! Great hospitality with a little welcome gift upon arrival. Loved the Japanese style PJ's and slippers as well as the toiletries provided. Great hot water that was consistent and wi-fi super fast. Great location for checking out International Street."
"We spent three nights. Reasonable price, great customer service, good breakfast, clean room, quiet lobby. Convenient location for shopping and dining. Definitely stay again. "
" Here for work at Kadena...not close but not real far away either. "
"Everyone was friendly and helpful. Nice Japanese breakfast. Small room but that is a typical Japanese style room. "
"kind staff, very close to makisi station, clean room, fully amenity, quite room, yummy breakfast"
"We stayed for one night in August 2015. Booked the same night as we checked in, about 45 min before we arrived at the hotel. After arrival the staff quickly accommodated us in a clean room with a nice big double bed. The room had only one small frosted window that led to an alley, otherwise the room was nice, spacious and had a comfortably sized bathroom fully equipped with electric toilet, bathtub and toiletries. The breakfast buffé had several different dishes, bread, coffé and yogurt and was good tasting. Although somewhat pricey, we were content with our stay at the hotel."
"Such a disappointment for the price. Check-in was pleasant, lobby was ok but once you reached your floor (ours was 6th floor) the dirty hallway carpets were an indicator of what room was like. So disappointed with a deathly tired room. Furniture was old, bed was uncomfortable, hadnt been painted in who knows how long, window was obscure glass that you couldn't see through. Bathroom was in need of upgrade, faucet leaked, shower curtain barely covered the tub. Towels were thin. Didnt sleep a wink with sounds all night long coming from pipes or something in the walls. On the positive side, room was spacious for Japan standards. Location was excellent with close access to the monorail and right on Kokusai-dori shopping street. Staff friendly and helpful, even arranged for an early taxi pick up to the airport. In our opinion, very overpriced, not good value for money. Sorry, Sun Queen, it needed to be said. Time to upgrade if you want to charge this much :-("
"舊飯店,但是服務親切,而且位置好"
"房內有漂亮的木質地板,有2種枕頭,一種還是乳膠枕,很舒服。"
