"Older traditional Italian hotel. Staff was tolerant of Anericans. Did not speak much English, and we did not speak any Italian. Restaurant is reservations only, and choice of meals/entrees is not an option... Must eat what is being served. Great spa. Many pools to choose from. Late check-out (until 7:00PM) was great."

"Hotel moderno e ben tenuto. Camera spaziosa, ben arredata e pulita. Piscine termali belle, pulite con idromassaggi rilassanti. Acqua non proprio calda termale.....penso che in una piscina termale l'acqua dovrebbe essere più calda. Bar molto fornito. Ottimo. Colazione nella media... potrebbe essere migliore. Infine il centro immersione Y-40 offre sicuramente un 'plus' unico alla struttura nel suo genere che va oltre le piscine termali. "
