Met some fellow travelers, the house dogs were friendly, and the onsite restaurant some of the best food around! If you’re looking for a unique stay and don’t mind a little traffic noise, this is the place. We’ll definitely be back. Also a plus was how central it is to the ruins and the shopping. "

"This place was heaven in the middle of busy street in the town. Very comfortable and surrounded by serene trees and plants. Great pond and pool. The owner was such a sweet chap, very warm and welcoming. "

"The yurts and the grounds were beautiul. We did a Tezmecal ceremony and it was great! The only draw backs to this location is that it is on the main road and so there is lots of road noise. I recommend ear plugs! "

"The Huaya Camp is a unique place with very friendly staff and owner. Once you get into the property, you feel like you are in nature. They also offer mazcal and ice bath ceremonies which was very interesting experiences. The only downside is the place is right in the middle of the city, and there is a some noise coming from outside due to the trucks and traffic. The city is developing fast and there are a lot of construction. "
