"Absolutely wonderful stay! The hotel is the best mix of traditional Japanese with contemporary modern facilities. The breakfasts and dinners are amazing and are such a huge part of the entire experience. The staff are extremely accommodating in every way possible; we especially appreciated their accommodating my mother's dietary restrictions. The private baths on the roof are also a must. We are already planning our next trip here!"

"This is a top hotel. The room and grounds are stunning. The food is elevated to an art form. All the food was locally sourced from the islands. You could taste the freshness in every bite. My favorite activity was taking an open air bath on the top floor of the hotel. I visited the open air bath at sunrise and sunset, even in the rain. What an experience! "
