Il Palazzin Hotel

"Second visit to this hotel and the welcome was wonderful to have such a friendly atmosphere. The beds are hard so would recommend asking for a topper if thats what your comfort level is gauged to. Rooms are fairly aound proofed but dont stop the noise of people walking past the door."

"Okay hotel. No sun, so if you are looking for a hotel where you can sunbathe this is not the hotel for you. However everything, including beaches, are within walking distance. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, good cocktails at the bar. The breakfast feeds you, but is not a culinary experience. Overall okay experience. Parking is a nightmare, just get an uber. Rooms are clean, but a bit worn. "

"My hotel experience with II Palazzin was okay. The beds were hard. I was not fond of the breakfast that was served. I can attribute this to having a different diet. There was the instance where I left the “do not disturb” sign on my door but when I return at the end of the day my room had been serviced anyway. The hotel is okay but I cannot say that I would stay at this establishment again nor would I recommend it to friends."

"The hotel stay itself was wonderful, and the manager Simon was so friendly and helpful with many things. The only thing we weren't super impressed with was the food. The hotel was clean, the area close to some amazing restaurants and our tour meeting places, and the staff was great!"

"Nice location, however major construction is right outside. It will be a long time before it is finished. Initial contact with front desk clerk was not inviting. Dark long haired woman was not friendly. Air conditioning was not working in room. Took over 3 hours for it to get resolved. Again same clerk suggested we open the balcony door for cooler air. Explained the noise, bugs, and others cigarette smoke would enter our room. Finally a different person fixed the issue."

"Very enjoyable week in Il Palazzin Hotel. Breakfasts were good with a wide variety of choice. We enjoyed 3 evening meals which were excellently price and a good standard of food. The room was pleasing although we felt it needed more lighting in the room and we were disappointed not to have a light on our balcony, which many others had. We would recommend this hotel to friends and aquaintances."
