"The room was good but there were open cans in the fridge when we arrived and the staff's English level was so low it was hard to communicate. Some orders we made via phone never arrived or the wrong thing got delivered. Breakfast was ok but service was not able to communicate with us due to the language barrier. I would've expected English service since it's an international hotel.. I mean the hotel name is "intercontinental""
