"This is our third stay at this hotel in the past 12 months. The staff in all areas from room cleaning door security, concierge restaurant and club lounge the staff in the hotel catering areas really are exceptionally helpful and friendly.: We would always choose this hotel when visiting Doha."

"One of the worst family stay inside a hotel in doha Qatar, customer service was the worst I ever seen. The receptionist does not care about the well being of someone who brings their family to the hotel. Alot of minor miscellaneous stuff was not meet. "

"We enjoyed our stay and the staff generally were very pleasant and courteous. HOWEVER WE DID NOT FEEL THAT THE BENEFITS OF HAVING A CLUB ROOM WERE EXPLAINED CLEARLY TO US. SPECIFICALLY WE MISSED OUT ON FREE DRINKS BETWEEN 6PM AND 8 PM WHICH WE WOULD HAVE ENJOYED."
"We had an average stay at InterContinental City. We booked a Junior suite for the kitchen depicted on photos as we have a young baby and need to cook. But turned out there was no kitchen in the room. We were moved to a bigger suite with kitchen, but no view. Some of the staff were excellent (Innocent) but other were really not helpful. One turned away our delivery order. Then, the manager on duty was unresponsive and absent-minded. I was not impressed with how the management dealt with situations. The rooms were nice, WiFi strong and good. Location is wonderful, close to City Center Mall and the metro and many dining options. That was great. "
"This hotel has nothing to do with the Intercontinental brand 👎 It was the worst experience. "
