"great hotel in a bad area. car repair garages to look at. wrecked cars close to hotel.pretty run down place.you have to walk in road because paths are either blocked with cars or none existent. just a base to sleep.nothing of interest in vicinity. 10 to 15 minute walk to Taksim Square."
