"We loved this hotel, we stayed 9 nights and everything was clean and organized in the room. The house keeping lady/guy did an excellent job. Don’t forget to leave a daily tip to her/him. The workers at kan tulum are always alert to have everything clean, safe,funtionally and well maintained atmosphere. Plus the hotel have workers taking turns 24/7 taking care of your cars at parking lot to Making sure no one breaks in into your car. The nature and vibe inside the hotel is unique! Loved the design of the hotel and the feeling it gives you. The pools were always clean as well. They have a spa, boutique, and restaurant but these extra cost. The hotel has a cenote and a bar besides it, plus like a small cave with seats so you can relax with your partner or friends. The hotel has bicicles for rental as well. But We really didnt get the chance to enjoy these services since we already had activities planned. But next time we will enjoy every service for sure. Quick tips to the hotel, just get alittle bigger trash cans inside the rooms. And something i noticed. Just be careful when you are stepping out of the bathtub/shower it will get alittle bit slippery in the floor. Just put a towel so you wont fall. And the most important tip that will help taxis and new arrivals is to put a small sign at the very front street entrance that says KAN TULUM. These tips didnt affect my stayed but it will help new arrivals. We really recommend others to stay at Kan Tulum. "
