"The hotel was quiet, quaint and very clean in a safe area. The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful which was appreciated. We booked here after arriving in Tulum and finding our original booking nothing like advertised (dirty, poorly upkept and not feeling safe). We immediately had to leave and find different accommodations, so glad we stumbled across the K'uyen Hotel and they were able to make our trip to Tulum a good experience after such a bad start. Thank you for a great time!"

"This property is nice and in a quieter, developing part of Tulum. It is about a 20 minute walk to the beach and a 20 minute walk to the town for dining and shopping options. Room was very clean and comfortable. A/C was so refreshing after walking around Tulum. "

"The staff is wonderful. Especially Nikki, who helped my party several times. This is a pretty property. The rooms are very pleasant. Cool and comfortable. Priced reasonably. Decent food options could be purchased, as well as the upstairs bar. The pools are more for soaking in with a few friends than swimming. Some rooms have their own private pools which are nice. I'd definitely return."
