"Best Hotel of My Trip – Exceptional Service! This is hands down the best hotel I stayed at during my trip! The service was absolutely amazing—I’ve never experienced service like this in Turkey. The valet parking team and security staff were incredibly nice, respectful, and spoke English very well. The service felt like more than 5 stars, and they were extremely generous! The room was very clean and spacious, making it totally worth the money. The only downside is that it’s a bit far from Taksim and Galata Port, but it wasn’t an issue for me since we had a car. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lionel hotel, it had parking and friendly staff. Despite a slight misunderstanding at check in all was resolved by the hotel manager Zara, even giving us a discounted upgrade and free breakfast for a day. It was comfortable and the hotel is fairly up to a good standard, better than many 5 star hotels in Istanbul we have stayed in. The only improvement that could be made is the charges involved in bringing up certain things to the room which should be free at a 5 star hotel. The spa facilities were great and the rooms were always cleaned to a good standard, thanks to the cleaning team! Would definitely recommend "

"My family and I stayed here in July 2024 and had a great experience. The staff is nice, friendly, and polite. If you want to use the pool, you must buy and wear a swimming cap, which they sell for 60 TL."
