"This location in old quarter can’t be beat! The hotel is not that big - with only 29 rooms and so there is a sense of coziness to the hotel ! What makes this even better is the excellent staff that they have. "Staff were superb: very helpful, kind, friendly and spoke good English. Hotel location is great: close to sites, eating, shopping and Hoan Lake. Stayed here twice. First stay was great as the room faced the street, had a good layout and had large windows. On our second stay, the room was long and narrow. It was fine but unique. I would recommend this hotel as I would stay here again!"
