"Highly recommended in Hanoi! Staffs are very kind and helpful. They cared us customers well. Always cleaned lobby and keep our room comfortable and change bed sheets new everyday. We had enough hot shower. Specially their Vietnam cuisine breakfast(included to the fee) was more than excellent! Really loved juicy bacon and duck and Vietnam spring roll ;) They offered massage spa. My partner got it said very nice quality. The location was also perfect. It was just in Old Town so accessible to everywhere, however, glad still quiet inside the hotel. We asked to pick-up from and sending to airport, and one day-tour to halong bay through this hotel then they arranged for us well. Comparing to other the same class hotels, this was very reasonable and worth more than the price. Really appreciate to lovely staffs to make our stay comfortable :) Vietnamese people are so kind and lovely. If visiting Hanoi again, we must stay this hotel. "
