"As of Dec 2013 all flights arrive at new airport which is 1 hour from city instead of 10 mins with old airport. Hotels no longer offer complimentary airport service. Taxi is $35 and ATM at airport only gives US dollars ($100 notes!) which are accepted everywhere as almost the preferred currency. Any, even slightly, damaged US bills will not be accepted so bring plenty of small bills with you. We were offered good looking US $2 bills for change at the market in town so one wonders how authentic the other change is. The hotel is an intimate, wonderful example of a true boutique hotel. We had a very enjoyable 4 day stay. The hotel restaurant is excellent and very fairly priced. Totally recommend."
